Who can order from Medcare Wholesalers?
We welcome orders from medical professionals including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, otolaryngologists, rheumatologists, gynecologists, geriatricians, and nurse practitioners, in most areas. Some products are available to medical professionals with an appropriate license only. If you work in a hospital, clinic, medical spa, or doctor’s office, you can use your medical director’s license to order, designating a staff member to order on their behalf. To designate someone else in your office to order on behalf of the licensed doctor, ask your sales representative for an authorization form.
Is there a minimum quantity I need to order to pay wholesale prices?
All our products have special wholesale prices on quantities from one to one hundred or more, but the more you order, the more you save. Ask your sales representative for more information about high-volume discounts.
What payment methods does Medcare Wholesalers accept?
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card to place an order. We do not currently offer credit terms.
What currency are the prices listed in?
To keep prices consistent across various regions, your order will be billed in US dollars. However, for your convenience, we may sometimes offer price estimates in your local currency. The final price will be in US dollars.
Does Medcare Wholesalers price match?
Yes, we do price match. If you currently pay less at another distributor for the same product, with the same packaging, shipping terms, and other fees, let us know. Be sure to provide your receipt or invoice and we will do our best to match that lower price.
The product I want is not in Medcare Wholesalers’ catalog. Do you carry it?
Despite our extensive catalog, there may be a medical product you cannot find. We always have new products coming in which may not yet be listed in our catalog and we may have older products that are on clearance. Plus, if there is a product we do not carry, we will do our best to source it for you at a low wholesale price. If there is something you cannot find, ask one of our sales representatives for help.
